If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you must contact us within 10 days for a refund. Please follow our refund guidelines as follows.

Step 1:

You must request to return an item or items no later within 10 days of receipt. We regret we cannot accept return requests outside of this 10 days. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Step 2:

Once you have requested a return we will provide you with a returns address and instructions for return. Returns must be made no later than 10 days following the approved returns request. Items must be returned at your own expense and using adequate insurance to cover the cost of the items. 

Step 3:

Once the item is received, we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods returned. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on perishable goods (chocolate, sweets etc)
