Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.


What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

Please contact us and we will of course replace your item. Occasionally fragile items such as glassware will be damaged in transit so we kindly ask you order well in advance of your event to allow us to send replacements. 


Can I place an order over the phone?

No, we do not accept telephone orders. Please place your order securely online.


Where will my items be shipped from?

Depending on product availability, orders will be sent directly from our supplier. Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries. 


Do you have a shop on the high street?

We are online only and do not have a shop.


What credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.


Do you accept Paypal?

No, we do not accept paypal at this time.


How secure is your site?

All pages, content, credit card, and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks. Wedding Boutique is certified Level 1 PCI compliant.
